• Aluminum tube acid-wash — lifts the brown tannin staining and waterline scum from the pontoon tubes. Different chemistry than gel-coat hull cleaning — the wrong product on aluminum can etch and dull the metal.
• Tube polish — after acid-wash, optional metal polish for a higher-shine finish on the tubes
• Anti-fouling assessment — if your tubes are growing organisms below the waterline (real problem on slipped pontoons), we identify and recommend
• Deck carpet deep clean — pontoon decks accumulate sunscreen, lake water, drink spills, and ground-in dirt that regular vacuuming can’t touch
• Vinyl flooring — newer pontoons with vinyl plank or marine-grade vinyl flooring need specific cleaners; we use brand-compatible products
• Furniture vinyl cleaning + conditioning — pontoon seating gets brutal sun exposure; ours doesn’t come back looking new without serious work
• Bimini and enclosure cleaning — canvas tops and screens need vinyl-safe cleaning and re-treatment

Pontoon Detailing Frequency

Most lake-home pontoons benefit from twice-a-season detailing: spring opening (lift winter grime, condition vinyl, treat for mildew) and fall closing (deep clean, mildew prevention, ready for storage). Heavy-use pontoons sometimes add a mid-summer touch-up.
